Our History
Serving Sushi Since 2021
Opened in 2021 by Kaito Horinochi, who embarked on his journey as a sushi chef immediately after high school. He honed his skills at the Michelin-starred restaurant “Sushi Keita” in Tsukiji, where he developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the art of sushi. Today, he brings his expertise and passion to Sushi Horinochi, offering customers an authentic and exquisite Edo-style sushi experience.
