Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate those changes as best we can. However, due to the nature of our business and the demand for our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Reservations: If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your table to other customers.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your reservation without notifying us, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.
- Large Parties: For parties of 4 or more, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If the party size decreases without prior notice, we may still charge for the original number of reserved seats.
- Exclusive Reservations: For exclusive reservations, we may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
